All safari bookings at Panna National Park are governed by Forest Department rules and government platforms. Explore Safari Trail is only a facilitator and not the issuing authority. Once safari permits are generated, they are generally non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following conditions will apply:

  • Cancellations must be requested via email or WhatsApp.
  • The cancellation time is based on when we receive your request.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the service and third-party rules.

General Refund Guidelines:

  • 7 days or more before safari: Partial refund after deducting service charges.
  • 3–6 days before safari: Higher cancellation charges may apply.

7. Tour Packages and Hotel Bookings
